I have been selling real estate for over 10 years and have established myself as a hardworking, committed, and honest Real Estate Professional.   I have once again attained Medallion club status for 2013 (top 10% of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board realtors).  Spending my past career as a nurse, I have felt this background has complimented my ability to understand and assist in getting the client what they want.  I pride myself on utilizing creative and innovative marketing strategies to assist in making my business a success.  I am committed to making both the sale and purchase of a home for my clients as hassle-free and fun as possible.  I work hard to learn, improve and develop top-notch negotiation skills which assist me in making my client’s 100% happy with the service I provide.  Over 95% of my business comes from referrals.

I am not only a realtor.  I am involved in the community through the sponsorship of fundraising events and I donate to the BC Childrens Hospital Miracle Network; in 2013 I participated in the Ride to Conquer Cancer and raised over $5000 in donations to this charity. I am very active in the RE/MAX organization and attend all conferences locally and across Canada and the USA.  At these events I collaborate and share ideas with other top producing realtors.  This information directly impacts my productivity and helps enhance my business knowledge and skills.   Additionally, I am dedicated to improving my business through ongoing coaching and attendance at exclusive invitation only realtor sales rallies.  I have just recently completed my ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and my SRES (Senior's Real Estate Specialist).
